We had a wonderful first day of school! Our Bobcats were surprised by a visitor this afternoon: KC Wolf! The students attended a KC Wolf assembly about Attitude, Behavior, and Character.
The Chula Action Team (C.A.T.) will be renting tables to be used in our gym for the City -Wide Garage sale on June 7-8. The tables & gym space will be rented for $5 each. The doors will be open on Thursday 4-7pm to set up and reopen on Friday at 4-7pm and Saturday at 7:45am-1:00pm. If you have leftovers items you do not want to take home, we will box them up and take them to the thrift store for you. Forms will be in the school office, 8am-3pm, Mon-Friday in May; and Mon-Thursday in June. If you have any questions, please call Miss Suzy at 660-639-3135.

Calvary Baptist Church will be having their last Thursday services on May 9. They will be celebrating with pizza, games, and a bounce house! The fun will be held at Chula School 6pm-7pm.

Spring Art and Music Program is tomorrow April 26th! Doors open 6:00pm, Students to classrooms by 6:15, Program to begin at 6:30. Please make sure to check out our amazing artists artwork in our hall ways.
Chula Elementary begins testing tomorrow. Please limit visits to the school to allow our Bobcats to concentrate and do their best on their testing. Thank you to the parents and supporters of our school for the snacks during testing. It is so appreciated!!
