Kindergarten and first grade visited Our Mini Farm for a fall field trip. We had the best time playing, seeing and petting the animals, and especially the corn pit.

Kindergarten & 1st Grade recently created 3D pumpkins, in art, in preparation for fall.
In the spirit of Halloween, we want our students to show off their costumes. We will create a slide show of students and their costumes of years past. Pictures will need to be emailed to principal@chulaschool.org. We will run the slide show on the entrance TV through the month of October.
Per law enforcement: We are clear to remove the lockout. We will have school dismissal at regular time.
Advised by law enforcement of a wanted fugitive, possibly in the area, we are on lockout. There is no current threat to the school. But we are staying inside to be safe. We will update as we receive information from law enforcement.
Calvary Baptist Church will be partnering with the Chula Community Church this year for Thursday suppers and classes. Starting this Thursday, October 3, they will be meeting at the Chula Community Center for supper at 6:00pm. We hope to see everyone there!

A picture form for next Friday, October 4; a yearbook order form due in October 11, signing will be held October 11 at 2:45pm. Lastly, a form for our FREE Vision Screenings.
